License Agreement

Your inputs

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, and audio you submit. You authorize www.musicfx.co and its service providers to process those inputs only as needed to operate the features you request.

Generated content

Subject to these terms, applicable law, provider restrictions, and payment of any required fees, you may use generated content within the rights shown for your plan at the time it was created.

Free-plan results may be public and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless the product states otherwise. Commercial rights require an eligible paid plan and may require a valid rights certificate for the specific result.

For songs generated while an eligible annual Starter or Plus subscription is active, as between you and www.musicfx.co, you own the generated result to the fullest extent recognized by applicable law. www.musicfx.co assigns to you any rights it may hold in that eligible result. This is the grant MusicFX describes as full copyright ownership.

The same eligible results include royalty-free commercial use under this agreement: no additional royalty, fee, or credit line is required. These ownership and commercial grants do not apply to Free Plan or monthly-plan results.

Important limitations

Full copyright ownership describes the rights granted between you and www.musicfx.co. It does not guarantee that a generated result is unique, registrable for copyright in every jurisdiction, free from third-party claims, or accepted by a distributor, platform, collecting society, or other authority.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for avoiding uses that infringe rights, impersonate people, deceive audiences, or violate law or platform rules.

Certificates

When available, a certificate records the plan, user, site, and generation facts known to MusicFX. It documents the applicable product grant but is not legal advice, government registration, or a guarantee against third-party claims. The License Agreement, rather than the certificate alone, contains the ownership assignment and commercial-use grant.
