Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, plan status, transaction references, usage records, prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, generated outputs, device and browser information, and service logs.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by MusicFX.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and improve features, process subscriptions, enforce limits, store requested results, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share the minimum information needed with service providers that support authentication, hosting, databases, storage, model processing, payments, security, and operational analytics. Those providers process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements with them.

Analytics and session replay

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page interactions, and selected product events, including checkout and purchase completion. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions through heatmaps and session replay. These services may process cookie or similar identifiers, browser and device details, approximate location, referral information, and activity on MusicFX pages.

Sensitive form content is masked in Clarity by default. We do not intentionally configure either analytics service to receive passwords, payment card details, or the contents of prompts, lyrics, and uploaded audio. You can use browser controls to limit or delete cookies, although doing so may affect how some site features and measurements work.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can sign out, manage or cancel an eligible subscription, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.
